At present, there are eight large natural gas companies in the world, namely Air Liquide France, Linde Refrigeration Machinery Manufacturing Company of Germany, Air Products and Chemicals Company of the United States, Praxair Practical Gas Co., Ltd. of the United States, Messer Company of Germany, Oxygen Corporation(Acid Sul) of Japan, Oxygen Corp(BOC) of Britain and AGA Company of Sweden.

As far as China's natural gas market is concerned, the world's eight largest natural gas companies occupy 60% of the market share, especially in the field of air separation liquids, which play an absolute leading role. In addition, the market share of electronic special gas and ultra-high purity gas used in LED, wafer foundry, optical fiber preform, solar cell wafer and TFT-LCD industry also exceeds 60%. There are many other excellent private enterprises in China, such as Yuejia Gas, DAT Gas, Huiteng Gas and Sichuan Zhongce.

Zhuzhou Xianye Chemical Co., Ltd. began to explore overseas markets in 2024, and exported N2O gas to other products such as silane, ultra-pure argon, ethylene, gas cylinders and related gas auxiliary equipment.
